Hope is the only word and feeling which can help us  to deal with pain and misery in our life.  I can write this today because on path of recovery and healing I have seen some hope's in my life... sometimes it's seems dim but it's there.... I don't have a job right now... I have been fired or not, no assurance is been given by them.. I gained 10 kg's of weight in past 3 months....  three months back I lost the person whom I love the most, i cant hear him, talk to him,even see him,  how much i wish for.. I have lost lot of things in my life...  Trust, confidence,  friends But this 3 months made it just worse for me... Anxiety was the worst of all....  But even after all this after spending time with me I am discovering myself... And that is HOPE Hope in this deepika  to make something good out of my life... U know Hope is also inclined to future like expectations but there is a difference.. Hope is like planting a tree without the desire of specific  outcom

On june 21st,  1st solar eclipse of 2020 is taking place from 9 :25 am to 2 :45 pm. This eclipse will be an annular solar eclipse — a type of eclipse that occurs when the apparent diameter of the Moon is smaller than that of the Sun. As the Moon will only block the centre of the Sun (not the whole of it), and therefore, the Sun’s visible outer edges will form a magnificent ‘ring of light’ in the sky.An eclipse is a rare phenomenon seen from Earth. An annular Solar eclipse is a special type of eclipse. For any eclipse to happen, the Sun-Moon-Earth should be in one plane. Yesterday, in the evening I heard about the death of such a down to earth actor and a beautiful personality SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT.  Social media was flooded with RIP pics. His death is really devastating and shocking for everyone but I ask, are we really sad??? Or just following the trend? Posting his pictures and quoting rip!!! And moreover I am blown away to see the audacity of  people  circulating pictures of his death body on every social platform available  posts are made with these pictures? Is there any humanity left in  us?  We show we respect this man???  But the question is Do we ?? For once please, look inside yourself... Do you really care about the people around you?? Are you empathic about the people around you? Do you really listen when people talk? Do you really just hug somebody when they need you? Do you really help people who are dealing with mental issues? Awareness I

I started this journey about 15 days back and slowly and gradually it has become fruitful. During this time i realized the mistakes i made to hurt Myself First, which i realized is the FEAR, living in constant fear of getting hurt, heartache, abandoned, being fooled by someone. This fear ate all my life for 30 years, so being in constant fear has become my habit  in my conscious and sub-conscious mind. This lead me to world of anxiety, which builds up pain for mental as well as physical health. So, Solution for Fear is to,  1. Being Aware of it 2. Accept it &, 3. Face it This three Mantras made me not yet overcome it, but helped me to deal with it. I  believe there are lot of people who are facing this anxiety issues and these blogs are specially for you to help you to deal with it and start living life freely and happily. So, Awareness starts by first pinning down your issues , then  accepting it and then at last facing it. Leading this by one
